Our client will contract with us for a pre-determined time period and fees. During the engagement:

We will set up the infrastructure for budgeting and projections.
We will perform budget vs actual reporting and explain the variance based on periodic financial statements prepared by either the clients internal accounting personnel or our firm.
We will perform various financial analysis as requested or defined.
We will assist management in strategic planning, business planning and etc.
We will assist management to design and implement control and reporting systems as requested.
