This is our core product in our outsourcing department. This is ideal for companies that:
- Grow to a point where it has enough transactions to warrant a bookkeeper or outsourcing.
- Are required to prepare periodic financial reports, e.g. by banks, investors or venture capitalists.
- Want to minimized the resources allocated to financial reporting and record keeping.
- Want access to reports on a day-to-day basis.
How does this work?
Our client will contract with us for a pre-determined time period and fees. During the engagement:
- We will be the outsourced accounting department. It will work the same way as if we are sharing the same office with you.
- We will provide basic accounting functions as agreed upon with our clients. A typical engagement may include:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Bank and Credit card reconciliations
- General Ledger
- Preparation of periodic financial statements
- Payroll
- Sales and Payroll Taxes
- Billing and Collection
- Job Costing
- Time and Billing, and etc.
- Based on pre-defined criteria, the clients can access a list of reports through their web browsers.
- Our clients still maintain complete control of their financials. They will authorize payment, sign all checks and make all pertinent financial decision.
- We will act as the person to develop and maintain financial control for our clients.
- We will be a bridge for our clients to obtain additional help and operational expertise in the financial area.
- The clients will have a complete infrastructure for an accounting department built up at a minimal cost.
